Job summary

Ennismore’s Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to manage servers (physical and virtual), networks, and multiple hotel systems. You will support PMS, CRS, RMS, CRM, POS, HRMS, and BI interfaces to ensure smooth operations in a luxury hotel environment.

The role focuses on maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, cybersecurity basics, and leveraging Microsoft 365/cloud tools to optimize guest services and back-office processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Computer hardware/software, operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, cybersecurity basics, and Microsoft 365/cloud tools.
