Job summary

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Doha is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Executive to enhance the skills and performance of our hotel team across all departments in Doha, Qatar. You will design and deliver training programs, coordinate onboarding, manage performance reviews with department heads, and drive development plans, coaching, and leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR roles in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of learning principles, training methodologies, and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LMS or e-learning tools.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning across hotel departments.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Track and document employee performance reviews with Department Heads.
• Support managers in implementing development plans and coaching.
• Organize internal and external training sessions, including soft skills and leadership programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and outcomes.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and learning metrics.
• Prepare monthly training reports per hotel and regional requirements.
• Support audits and brand compliance; contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
