Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Ras Abu Abboud Street, Doha, Qatar, invites an experienced Learning Delivery & Compliance professional to join our hotel family. You will lead performance development and on-property education, champion brand and leadership training, and ensure programs meet brand standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years in hotel operations or related area.
• 4-year degree in HR, Business Administration, or related major.
• Experience in hotel-based hourly Generalist or HR Manager roles.
• Experience in hotel operations leadership roles.
• Multilingual experience.
• TC2 Certification (Marriott) or adult learning/platform skills certification.

Responsibilities

• Delivers learning delivery & compliance for brand/service topics across designated hotels.
• Facilitates on-property training for hourly associates, supervisors and leaders.
• Manages brand training adherence and uses learning tools to monitor progress.
• Leads leadership development activities and supports MDRP initiatives.
• Engages with HR and operations leaders to drive training compliance.
• Partners with hotel leaders to align learning with business goals and scorecard metrics.
