Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ experience in hotel operations or related area.
• Preferred 4-year degree in Hospitality, HR, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Delivers on-property training and compliance for brand and leadership topics.
• Verifies training records and ensures accuracy of data entry.
• Coordinates and monitors training programs and participant progress.
• Acts as SME for Leadership Learning Guide and related tools/resources.
• Collaborates with HR and Operations leaders to ensure learning aligns with business goals.

Education
