You will research and recommend internal and external learning options aligned with business objectives, conduct needs assessments, develop or outsource programs, deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning and Development within hospitality.
• Knowledge of onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
• Familiar with local employment laws and HR procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing hotel-based orientation and training programs.
• Research internal and external learning programs aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate training needs assessments and program evaluation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development activities.
• Prepare turnover and payroll data for HRMS.
