Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Doha seeks an experienced Training Manager to drive training strategy aligned with the property’s mission and guest experience goals. You will partner with property leadership to identify development needs and design programs that enhance service quality and leadership skills.

You will administer training initiatives, monitor ROI, and develop plans and budgets to ensure delivery and impact across departments.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in HR or related field; 2 years experience in HR; certified trainer.
• 4-year bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; certified trainer; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administering Employee Training Programs: promotes programs and informs employees.
• Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness: monitor enrollment and measure transfer of learning.
• Developing Training Program Plans and Budgets: aligns programs with mission and vision; develop budgets.
