Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Head Waiter for an F&B company in Kuwait. You will lead the service team, supervise waiters, and ensure guests receive a warm, professional and high-quality dining experience across outlets.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, guest-relations skills, and experience in fast-paced hospitality. You will coordinate with kitchen and bar, uphold service standards, and support staff training.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Waiter or similar F&B leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume F&B environments is preferred.
• POS systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally and courteously.
• Lead wait staff during daily operations.
• Ensure service meets company standards throughout service.
• Monitor table setup and restaurant presentation.
• Accurately take and serve orders when needed.
• Maintain menu and product knowledge; upsell where appropriate.
• Address guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management for smooth service.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily specials and updates.
• Oversee grooming, punctuality, and performance of staff.
• Assist with staff training and coaching.
• Support opening/closing procedures and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
