Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Senior Sous Chef for an F&B company in Kuwait. You will support senior kitchen leadership, supervise daily food production, maintain quality, and guide the culinary team during busy operations.

The role emphasizes smooth kitchen workflow, HACCP compliance, menu execution, and training junior chefs. Relocation to Kuwait is required for the right candidate, with opportunities to work across multiple outlets.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or similar leadership role.
• Experience in high-volume F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and quality standards.
• Proven leadership and training skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise food preparation, mise en place, cooking, plating, and service readiness.
• Ensure dishes are prepared and presented to company standards and recipes.
• Lead and guide chefs during daily operations and busy service periods.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, consistency, presentation, and timing.
• Support menu execution, new dish implementation, and recipe standardization.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance at all times.
• Monitor stock, rotation, wastage, storage, and kitchen organization.
• Assist with ordering, inventory control, and cost-conscious practices.
• Train and motivate junior chefs to improve performance and consistency.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure clear communication within the kitchen team.
• Coordinate with service, stewarding, purchasing, and management teams for smooth operations.
• Step in to lead the kitchen section in the absence of senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and productivity.
