Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Head of Pass for a prominent F&B company in Kuwait. You will manage the pass area, control food flow between kitchen and service, and ensure every dish is delivered accurately, on time, and to quality standards.

• Experience in F&B service leadership roles such as Head of Pass or Expeditor.
• Strong knowledge of food service flow and kitchen-to-service coordination.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills under busy service conditions.

Responsabilités

• Manage the pass area during daily restaurant operations.
• Check all food orders before they go to tables.
• Ensure dishes are plated and presented to standard.
• Monitor timing, temperatures, accuracy, and sequence of orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen, runners, waiters, and management.
• Ensure correct table delivery and timely service.
• Communicate with chefs and staff to avoid delays or missing items.
• Prioritize orders during peak periods and maintain flow.
• Check allergens and guest preferences before release.
