Job summary

Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Sous Chef for an F&B company in Kuwait. You will support daily kitchen operations, supervise junior chefs, and ensure consistent food quality while upholding HACCP standards.

The role requires hands-on culinary leadership in a fast-paced environment, with strong focus on food cost control, hygiene, and teamwork. Willingness to relocate to Kuwait and work with a large hospitality group is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Sous Chef or similar role.
• Strong experience in restaurants, hospitality groups, hotels, or high-volume F&B operations.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen leadership in daily operations.
• Supervise food preparation, mise en place, cooking, plating, and service readiness.
• Ensure dishes are prepared and presented to quality standards.
• Guide and coach junior chefs and kitchen team members.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, consistency, and timing.
• Assist with menu execution, daily specials, recipe standards, and presentation.
