Career Land Center, LLC is hiring an experienced Reception Manager for a Food & Beverage company in Kuwait. The role requires overseeing the reception team, managing reservations and table flow, and ensuring a warm, professional guest experience from arrival to departure.

The Reception Manager will supervise hosts/hostesses, maintain reservation records, and coordinate with the restaurant team to deliver high hospitality standards and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in hospitality environments.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage reservations, seating, and VIP guests.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage guest arrivals, seating, waiting lists, and departures efficiently.
• Ensure guests receive excellent service from the moment they enter the restaurant.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of hospitality, guest satisfaction, and restaurant image.
• Manage daily reservations, bookings, walk-ins, VIP guests, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and monitor table availability.
• Coordinate table allocation according to reservations, guest preferences, and restaurant capacity.
• Manage waiting lists during busy periods and communicate estimated waiting times clearly.
• Monitor table turnover and coordinate with the service team to optimize seating.
• Supervise, guide, and support receptionists, hosts, and hostesses.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate reception coverage at all times.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate important reservations, VIP guests, events, and special requirements.
• Train team members on guest service, restaurant standards, telephone etiquette, and reservation procedures.
• Monitor staff grooming, appearance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, service team, kitchen, and management team to ensure smooth operations.
