Job summary

Career Land Center is seeking an experienced Chef de Rang for an F&B company in Kuwait. You will manage an assigned station, deliver high-quality service, and ensure guests enjoy a refined dining experience. The role requires polish, reliability, and strong teamwork with supervisors and management.

Responsibilities include orders, service flow, menu knowledge, upselling, and maintaining hygiene standards. Relocation to Kuwait is required, with opportunities to advance in a large hospitality

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Rang or similar F&B role.
• Experience in high-volume or fine dining settings.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and sequence of service.
• Good guest-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a station independently during busy operations.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Experience with POS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional, warm, and courteous manner.
• Manage an assigned station and ensure smooth service flow during operations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests according to company standards.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, mise en place, and overall station readiness.
• Maintain strong menu knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, beverages, and daily specials.
• Provide recommendations and support upselling of menu items, beverages, and promotions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly and professionally.
• Handle guest feedback or minor concerns and elevate when required.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, hostess, runners, and service team to ensure timely service.
• Support junior waiters and runners with guidance during service.
• Follow opening, closing, and side-duty procedures as required.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health, safety, and company procedures.
• Maintain grooming, appearance, and professional conduct in line with company standards.
