Job summary

Snoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App enabling fast delivery, shopping, and more. We seek a Head of Performance to lead the performance marketing function, setting the commercial strategy to convert spend into customer acquisition and revenue.

You will oversee paid media, organic growth, and new-customer acquisition through to first order. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in performance/digital growth marketing, strong analytics, and leadership experience across multiple channels in a marketplace

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Acquisition.
• Demonstrated leadership of digital campaigns at scale across paid channels.
• Strong knowledge of analytics, attribution models, conversion optimization, and measurement.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering acquisition growth.
• Regional GCC or Middle East market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend performance marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Budget allocation across User Acquisition and Digital Marketing; manage overall spend.
• Set CPO and CAC targets and drive KPI delivery.
• Coordinate UA and Digital Marketing to optimize paid and organic growth.
• Define KPIs and reporting; enable analytics infrastructure and martech tooling.
• Explore new channels and market expansion based on data.
