Job summary

Snoonu is hiring a Senior Vertical Marketing Manager for the Marketplace vertical in Qatar. You will own awareness, acquisition, and conversion, collaborating with Commercial teams to unlock merchant and category opportunities and set marketing benchmarks regionally and globally.

You will lead awareness campaigns, manage multi-channel execution, and drive performance improvements with a data-driven mindset, including A/B testing and channel experimentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in marketplace/e-commerce or retail platforms.
• Proven track record of awareness and conversion campaigns driving GMV or revenue.
• Strong command of performance marketing channels—paid social, search, programmatic, CRM and push.
• Experience scaling new marketing channels with a testing mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with dashboards and cohort analysis.
• Strong collaboration with Commercial or Category teams for promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Snoonu's Marketplace vertical.
• Define value proposition for customers and merchants and translate into campaigns.
• Set and track vertical KPIs: GMV, new buyers, conversion rate, AOV, category penetration, retention.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, display, OOH, influencer, and in-app placements.
• Collaborate with Product and CRM to improve in-app merchandising and communications.
• Own A/B testing roadmaps and scalable playbooks for key conversions.
• Identify and pilot new marketing channels, including affiliates and social commerce.
