Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking a Head of Performance to steer the performance marketing function across user acquisition and digital channels. You will translate growth objectives into investment priorities and drive CAC/CPO targets with cross-functional alignment.

You will lead a team, manage substantial budgets, and optimize the paid and organic mix to deliver measurable growth. Join a fast-paced, data-driven culture focused on customer obsession and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Performance/Digital/Growth Marketing experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven record of leading campaigns across multiple paid channels.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and translate growth objectives into an overarching performance marketing strategy.
• Allocate budgets across User Acquisition and Digital Marketing and monitor spend.
• Set CPO and CAC targets and drive KPI delivery across channels.
• Coordinate with Finance, CRM, Loyalty, and Subscriptions teams on acquisition to growth handoffs.
