Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Head of Performance to lead the performance marketing function across user acquisition and digital marketing in Qatar. You will translate business growth objectives into investment priorities, set targets, and optimize the paid and organic acquisition engine to drive first orders and revenue efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in performance or growth marketing, with proven leadership of multi-channel campaigns and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Proven experience leading digital marketing campaigns at scale across multiple paid channels.
• Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution models, conversion optimization, and campaign measurement.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable acquisition growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend the performance marketing strategy to the Director of Growth & Performance Marketing.
• Recommend budget allocation across User Acquisition and Digital Marketing and manage total spend.
• Set blended CPO and CAC targets for the function and monitor KPI delivery.
• Coordinate with UA and Digital Marketing teams to optimize acquisition and growth.
• Define KPIs and reporting requirements and work with analytics and martech tooling.
