Job summary

Snoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with delivery, shopping, and more—all in one place. The CRM & Growth Architect Lead will own the Martech stack, drive personalization, and ensure data governance across lifecycle initiatives.

You will act as Braze expert, manage integrations, and collaborate with CRM, Product, BI, and Engineering to scale automations and real-time pipelines. Strong HTML/CSS/Liquid skills and Looker/BigQuery experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CRM/Marketing Automation
• 2+ years in MarTech roles
• Hands-on Braze experience with canvases, content cards, currents
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, Liquid and dynamic content across campaigns
• Experience with warehouse-driven CRM systems and Looker/Bi

Responsibilities

• Own MarTech stack architecture and data governance.
• Design and deploy scalable lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, reactivation, retention, loyalty).
• Develop reusable templates in HTML/CSS/Liquid for campaigns.
• Mentor CRM specialists and lead Martech tool onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and BI to scale solutions.
