Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar seeks a Head of Performance to lead the performance marketing function across user acquisition and digital marketing, setting the commercial strategy that converts marketing spend into customer acquisition and revenue at target efficiency. You will coordinate paid, organic growth and the new-customer funnel through to first order.

The role requires 6+ years in performance/digital marketing, with leadership experience and strong analytics, attribution, and budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Proven experience leading digital marketing campaigns at scale across multiple paid channels.
• Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution models, conversion optimization, and campaign measurement.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable acquisition growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Allocate budgets across User Acquisition and Digital Marketing; manage spend within approved envelope.
• Set blended CPO and CAC targets and track KPI delivery.
• Coordinate UA and Digital Marketing teams to optimize paid and organic growth.
• Define KPIs and reporting; work with analytics and martech to support them.
• Evaluate new channels and market expansion based on performance data.
• Partner with Finance on budget phasing and with CRM to ensure cohesive acquisition-to-growth handoff.
• Coordinate with Loyalty, Partnerships & Subscriptions on paid subscriber growth.
