• Fluency in Arabic mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Marketing or related field
• Strong leadership to scale large sales teams
• Deep AdTech expertise and analytical rigor
• Experience forecasting and achieving quarterly/annual targets

Responsabilités

• Lead sales and account management strategy and reporting; manage group level commissions and KPIs
• Oversee end-to-end sales operations for efficiency and scalability
• Drive partner experience and ad revenue growth; coordinate with logistics and marketing
• Develop strategic business plan to achieve sales objectives with regular updates
• Maintain sales records; generate client acquisition plans and prospecting activities
• Develop quarterly/annual sales objectives, strategies and target plans
• Monitor team performance in acquisitions, campaigns, account management, and market research
• Acquire key regional accounts and manage group level commissions
• Represent VIP/AAA accounts to strengthen business relationships
• Manage sales budget and costs
• Analyze customer statistics daily using CRM/Salesforce
• Analyze competition and performance reports; inform strategy
• Lead expansion strategy with calculated risk assessment
• Improve internal processes and cross-team relationships
• Interpret sales reports for problem solving and opportunities
• Validate commission-related reports and trackers
• Ensure timely and accurate workload allocation to the team
