Zusammenfassung

Talabat is seeking a Sales Executive to join the team in Qatar and drive growth by onboarding restaurant partners and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. You will expand our network, negotiate contracts, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams to activate listings.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in field sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and are native Arabic speakers residing in Qatar with a valid driving license.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related field.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience, ideally in e-commerce, Q-comm or FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Must be a native Arabic speaker and resident of Qatar.
• A valid driving license with a car is required.

Aufgaben

• Onboard new restaurant partners to the Talabat platform.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Expand network and drive regional growth in Qatar.
• Identify and acquire new partners through calls, field visits, and networking.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Present Talabat’s value proposition and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal teams for listing activation.
• Encourage partners to upload menu photos and implement promotions.
