Job summary

Talabat in Doha, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners. You will optimize partner presence, drive sales, and ensure high partner satisfaction through proactive support and advisory insights.

You will analyze sales data, recommend improvements to menu performance, pricing, and delivery logistics, and coordinate campaigns with internal teams to maximize order volume and efficiency. Arabic fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales or Partner Success.
• Strong analytical skills with data dashboards and spreadsheet use.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-first mindset and independent work style.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Serve as main point of contact, optimize partner presence on the platform.
• Analyze sales, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics to drive revenue.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities and coordinate marketing campaigns to boost orders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics and Operations to resolve issues promptly.
