voco Doha Central is a pre-opening hotel in central Doha, seeking a Guest Experience Agent to make guest transactions seamless, share local insights, and anticipate requests to help guests feel at home.

You will welcome guests, acknowledge IHG One Rewards members, handle bookings payments, and ensure swift check-in and check-out while offering tailored recommendations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and guest service mindset.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Kick off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes.
• Acknowledge IHG One Rewards members and returning guests in person or over the phone.
• Take, manage, and receive payments for guest bookings.
• Make the check-in and check-out process swift and seamless.
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Be our guests’ trusted contact – assist with issues and restaurant suggestions.
