Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking a guest‑centric Front Office professional at Al Najada Doha Hotel By Tivoli in Doha, Qatar. You will anticipate guest needs, know room types and hotel facilities, and represent the brand with reliability and courtesy.

In this role you will resolve guest inquiries, coordinate with departments, and participate in daily briefings and training to elevate service levels across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer service required.
• Prior experience in hotel front office operations preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English & Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a courteous, attentive manner.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel product, including rooms, rates, facilities, F&B outlets, and spa promotions.
• Deliver service to the highest standards and follow up on any guest issues promptly.
• Build harmonious working relationships with all hotel departments and participate in daily briefings and training.
