Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) in Qatar seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. You will manage check-in/check-out, handle inquiries, coordinate services, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

You will communicate clearly, resolve issues promptly, and work with SAP ERP to access guest data and billing. Minimum 3 years in hospitality, GCC experience preferred, and a strong service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services and front desk operations.
• Ability to process check-in/out and payments accurately.
• Proactive in addressing guest requests and issues.
• Familiarity with hotel procedures and safety policies.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in.
• Handle inquiries and requests politely, escalate when needed.
• Provide information on amenities, attractions, and dining.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill requests.
• Manage check-out, verify charges, and issue receipts.
• Answer calls, emails, and faxes and route to proper departments.
• Ensure front desk area is organized and compliant with policies.
• Uphold security and confidentiality guidelines.
