Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of F&B service experience in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and welcoming attitude.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Strive to make every meal memorable by high standards and signature flair.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and maintain restaurant and service areas.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly.
• Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth service.
• Operate POS and process payments accurately.
• Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, HACCP, and health & safety standards.
• Assist with buffet, banquet, and other F&B operations as required.
