Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Senior Procurement & Demand Planning Manager to own end-to-end forecasting and procurement across its Q-Commerce dark store network in Qatar. You will lead and develop the Procurement Coordinator team, optimize supplier contracts, and drive inventory strategies with Finance to minimize working capital while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in procurement, demand planning, or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or team-lead capacity.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CPIM, CSCP, or similar) is an advantage.
Experience in FMCG, grocery retail, e-commerce, or Q-Commerce environments strongly preferred.
Proven track record of leading supplier negotiations and improving forecast accuracy or service levels.
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and inventory/order management platforms.
Working knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
Strong quantitative and statistical skills for forecasting and inventory modelling.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with forecasting tools is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all categories, combining historical sales, promotional calendars, seasonality, and category growth plans.
Run a regular Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cadence with Commercial, Category Management, and Operations to align forecast, supply, and inventory targets.
Continuously track forecast accuracy and bias, and refine forecasting models and assumptions to reduce error over time.
Translate campaign and promotional plans from Marketing/Commercial into incremental demand and procurement requirements.
