Job summary

Talabat Qatar is seeking a senior leader to own the end-to-end supply ecosystem, drive growth for rider networks, and optimize performance across markets. You will shape long-term forecasting, launch new supply channels, and manage 3PL partnerships with clear KPIs and SLAs.

The role requires deep operations experience in fast-paced settings, strong analytics, and the ability to lead diverse teams while coordinating with People, Finance, Commercial, and Product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in operational roles in fast-paced environments; FoodTech logistics a plus.
• Experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talabat Qatar's overall supply ecosystem and rider base.
• Develop and execute supply growth and acquisition strategy.
• Lead long-term supply forecasting and planning for coverage and SLAs.
• Identify new supply channels and diversify fleet growth.
• Oversee 3PL partnerships, onboarding, performance, and renewals.
• Set KPIs/SLAs, ensure compliance, efficiency and rider quality.
• Drive automation and tech-enabled initiatives for visibility and performance.
• Coach a high-performing operations team and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
