Job summary

Hilton Qatar is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead daily front office operations, guest services, registration, and room inventory while upholding our standards of hospitality.

You will monitor guest satisfaction, coach the team, implement revenue initiatives through upselling, provide regular training on offerings and local attractions, and ensure prompt resolution of guest inquiries to deliver memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Experience managing front office operations and guest services.
• Ability to monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements.
• Experience in upselling and increasing occupancy.
• Strong training and coaching skills for front desk staff.
• Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office activities including guest service and registration.
