Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations with guest service, product quality, inventory, cost controls and budgeting.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities to improve dining experiences.
• Coach and mentor team members; conduct evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Implement marketing strategies and upselling initiatives to maximize F&B sales and profitability.
• Lead hiring, interviews, and onboarding to maintain service standards and internal excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
