Job summary

Pixel Innovations in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain profitability. The role covers front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, security, and guest relations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management with at least 5 years in hotel management, strong leadership and communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Native or fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English is requiredIndian nationality preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve the hotel's financial goals.
• Manage daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent guest service.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the hotel.
• Create and implement marketing plans to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the hotel.
• Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
