Chef Middle East in Doha, Qatar is seeking a friendly, professional receptionist to join our team. You will welcome visitors, manage calls and inquiries, and support HR and Admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have reception/front-office experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage. This is a full-time on-site position in Doha.

• Greet visitors and manage first impression.
• Handle calls, emails and reception enquiries.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries and courier requests.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Admin teams as required.
• Maintain a tidy, professional reception area.
• Assist with day‑to‑day office administration and other duties as assigned.
