Job summary

Rosewood Doha is seeking an attentive Front Office professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will greet guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, handle requests with professionalism, and maintain accurate records and cash handling procedures.

Reporting to the Front Office leaders, you will uphold brand standards, support team collaboration, and adapt to shifting shifts to ensure seamless service across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front desk roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance guest needs with operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring service standards are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash handling, including currency exchange and balancing a float.
• Handle guest requests, questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote a positive, professional team environment and uphold department policies and standards.
• Be a proactive communicator with Guests, Hotel Associates, Managers and Directors.
• Ensure all emails are actioned and completed as requested and maintain handover logs for seamless shift transitions.
