Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking an Operations Manager (Food Operations) to own end-to-end delivery quality, drive ETA promise accuracy, and reduce cancellations. You will lead 6 compliance specialists and influence Logistics, Product, Commerce, and Supply teams through data-driven initiatives and strict governance.

Fluent English is required; relocation to Doha is expected. The role emphasizes strategic impact over direct control, with a fast-paced, high-tempo marketplace

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, or marketplace management within on-demand delivery or quick commerce.
• Proven track record of driving core metrics like on-time delivery and cancellations.
• Fluent English; willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar; GCC experience and Arabic skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end service quality and KPI ownership for food delivery across the platform.
• Lead a direct team of 6 Compliance specialists and translate targets into actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Product, Commerce, and Supply to set accurate supply-hour requirements and governance.
• Manage cross-functional escalations on lateness, cancellations, and delivery quality issues.
