Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a data-driven leader to own service quality metrics and drive cross-functional initiatives in Doha, Qatar. You will manage KPI monitoring, root-cause analysis, and a 6-person team, ensuring on-time delivery and optimized operations across the delivery platform.

You will lead strategic pilots, coordinate with Logistics, Product, Commerce, and Supply teams, and translate targets into actionable plans with clear owners and deadlines. Willingness to relocate to Doha is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, or marketplace mgmt in on-demand delivery or similar.
• Strong data analysis, dashboard creation, and root-cause investigation skills.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and BI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own daily monitoring, weekly reviews, and root-cause analysis of delivery metrics.
• Maintain end-to-end accountability for targets including on-time delivery and cancellations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for cross-functional lateness and quality issues.
• Manage and execute strategic initiative portfolio, adjust ETA promises, and tune courier features.
• Size initiative impacts, assign owners, set deadlines, and evaluate pilots before go/no-go.
• Collaborate with profitability, logistics, product, and commerce teams on quality guardrails.
• Directly coach a team of 6 Compliance specialists in Pakistan and set performance targets.
• Plan Day 30 diagnostics, Day 60 pilots, and Day 90 production rollout milestones.
