Job summary

HCP Automotive is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across our fast-paced Qatar operations. You will partner with hiring managers, craft sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage external partners to attract top local and international candidates.

The ideal candidate has Qatar-based recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive, results-driven approach to fill multiple roles across functions in a multi-site automotive

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Current Qatar-based experience and market knowledge.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract local and international talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Manage recruitment agencies and external partners where required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.
• Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.
