Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably volume recruitment.
• Proven sourcing experience and market research techniques.
• Ability to influence senior managers and build relationships.
• Adaptable and capable of delivering in a changing environment.
• Strong understanding of the business, strategy and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned open positions and manage interfaces with the Flight Deck Recruitment team.
• Coach hiring managers through the recruitment process and ensure process adherence.
• Present a candidate pipeline aligned with the resourcing plan.
• Organise and advertise campaigns, interview candidates and follow best practices.
• Audit candidate data and weekly reports to ensure procedures are followed.
• Communicate with candidates via ATS and email, maintaining policy compliance.
• Ensure information accuracy across systems and consistency in the team.
