Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC is seeking a capable F&B Team Leader in Qatar to supervise restaurant and bar operations and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service. You will lead by example, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and service standards are consistently met.

The role emphasizes coaching colleagues, maintaining hygiene practices, handling payments, and staying updated on promotions to assist guests effectively. Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience leading F&B team of a branded hotel.
• Knowledge of hygiene practices.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
• Create a warm welcoming experience and build rapport with repeat guests.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and clearly in a polite manner.
• Ensure guest feedback and escalations are managed effectively.
• Handle payments according to cash handling procedures and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Set up, train the team and implement hygiene and service procedures.
• Maintain high quality customer service and resolve issues quickly.
• Keep informed about promotions and events to provide accurate guest information.
