Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA in Doha is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee daily operations of all outlets, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain high food quality and presentation standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of F&B management experience in a hotel/hospitality setting, plus a Bachelor's or Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management. Strong leadership and English skills are essential; candidates based in Qatar are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in hotel/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, budgeting and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of all assigned F&B outlets, restaurants, bars, and banquets.
• Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, covers, average check, and outlet performance.
• Control food, beverage, labor, inventory, wastage, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the F&B team through briefings and training.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure appropriate manpower allocation.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Front Office, and other departments.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, requisitions, breakage, wastage, and monthly stocktaking.
• Support F&B promotions, events, banquets, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, brand standards, and cash-handling procedures.
• Review departmental reports and implement corrective actions where required.
• Maintain a professional, safe, and positive working environment for all team members.

• Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage, motivate, and develop a multicultural team.
• Proficient in POS systems, TINIS, hotel operating systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent guest service and complaint-handling skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during peak operational periods.
• Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
