Premier Inn Hotels LLC is seeking an F&B Team Leader to manage the Restaurant and Bar operations under the guidance of the F&B Manager. You will lead by example, ensuring guests are welcomed and that service standards are delivered in a friendly, down-to-earth manner.

You will train and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional service, handle guest feedback, manage payments per cash handling procedures, and implement hygiene and service practices while building a rapport with guests and promoting

Job description

Reporting directly to our F&B Manager, our F&B Team Leaders take responsibility for managing the Restaurant and Bar operations and leading and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional service through practiced standards, policies and procedures. Leading by example, you will demonstrate how to welcome and manage guests in a friendly, down to earth manner, taking great pride and attention towards creating a service that our guests love.

What will I be doing?

• Train, guide, and coach your fellow colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
• Creating a warm welcomingexperience building a great rapport with repeat customers ensuring you and the team follow F&B service brand standards and procedures.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and clearly in a polite and helpful manner.
• Ensure that guest feedback and any escalationsare managed effectively.
• Ensure that payments are dealt with according to the company’s cash handling procedures and that shifts are effectively closed,and successfullyhanded over to the next shift.
• Set up, train the team and implement the hygiene & service procedures and practices.
• Build a good rapport with guests and resolve any issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.
• Keep abreast of all promotions, activities and events in the surrounding area to give accurate information to guests.
• Identify corporate leads and driving onlinename mentions.

Requirements

Experience

• You will be likely to have minimum of 1 year experience leading F&B team of a branded hotel.
• Knowledge of hygiene practices.
• Computer Literate – Microsoft Office.
