Premier Inn Hotels LLC is seeking an F&B Team Leader to manage the Restaurant and Bar operations under the guidance of the F&B Manager. You will lead by example, ensuring guests are welcomed and that service standards are delivered in a friendly, down-to-earth manner.

You will train and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional service, handle guest feedback, manage payments per cash handling procedures, and implement hygiene and service practices while building a rapport with guests and promoting

Qualifications

• Advanced English language required.
• Arabic language is a plus.
• Flexible, agile and able to work under pressure.
• Proactive and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work and lead a team.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Attention to details.
• F&B and Alcohol background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
• Create a warm welcoming experience and build rapport with guests.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and clearly.
• Ensure guest feedback and escalations are managed effectively.
• Ensure payments are handled per cash procedures and shifts are handed over.
• Set up, train the team and implement hygiene and service procedures.
• Build rapport with guests and resolve issues quickly.
• Stay informed about promotions and local events to inform guests.
• Identify corporate leads and drive online mentions.
