Job summary

Premier Inn Doha seeks an F&B Team Leader to manage Restaurant and Bar operations, lead and motivate the team, and uphold service standards guests love.

Reporting directly to the F&B Manager, you will welcome guests, train colleagues, handle queries, ensure hygiene and cash-handling procedures, and build rapport with customers while promoting promotions and events in the area. Premier Inn values internal progression and provides opportunities to develop across departments.

Qualifications

• Advanced English language required.
• Arabic language is a plus.
• Flexible, agile and able to work under pressure.
• Proactive and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work and lead a team.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• F&B and Alcohol background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and coach your fellow colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
• Create a warm welcoming experience building rapport with repeat customers and ensure brand standards.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and clearly in a polite and helpful manner.
• Ensure guest feedback and any escalations are managed effectively.
• Ensure payments are handled according to cash handling procedures and shifts closed properly.
• Set up, train the team and implement hygiene and service procedures.
• Build rapport with guests and resolve issues quickly to maintain high-quality service.
• Keep abreast of promotions, activities and events to inform guests accurately.
• Identify corporate leads and drive online mentions.
