Qualifikationen

• College or university degree; minimum two years in a similar role.
• Must be computer literate with effective communication and strong written/spoken English; solid presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare staff schedules based on forecast to ensure adequate manpower.
• Conduct regular training sessions aligning with SOPs.
• Evaluate team performance and drive development and promotions.
• Set up the F&B outlet according to meals settings and opening hours.
• Greet and seat guests with Hostess support.
• Maintain professional relationships with patrons.
• Build and update the outlet's guest database.
• Regularly tour the outlet and related areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Participate actively in promotional activities.
