Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
