• Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and setup needs.
• Respond to and fulfill special banquet arrangements and ensure compliance.
• Follow all safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain professional uniform appearance and protect company assets.
• Support team to reach common goals and maintain guest relations.
