Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha West Bay, Qatar seeks a Non-Management, Full Time Guest Services Associate to answer, record, and process guest calls and requests.

You will coordinate with departments to resolve issues, verify billing, and provide directions and property information to guests. Responsibilities include logging requests, incidents, and comments for tracking, and supporting training, scheduling, and coaching within the department.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Directly involve appropriate department to resolve issues and follow up.
• Verify and adjust billing and operate the telephone switchboard.
• Provide directions and property information to guests.
• Log requests and incidents into the computer for tracking.

Education
