Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect grooming and attire; rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening/closing duties, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and motivating staff.
