Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and resolving Employee Dining Room (EDR) issues and communicate resolutions.
• Support management and leadership with handling EDR-related matters and policy compliance.
• Maintain employee records and file documentation (interviews, I-9s) with confidentiality.
• Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and communicate HR programs and guidelines to employees.
• Help in scheduling, counseling, and motivating employees in EDR while adhering to safety procedures.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computer systems and POS where needed.
