We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading and managing the culinary operations of our fine dining restaurant. This is a great opportunity for a foreigner to make their mark in Qatar with a salary of 1200.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen including food preparation, presentation, menu selection, ordering of supplies and controlling costs
• Develop creative new recipes that will attract diners
• Ensure that all meals are prepared according to health regulations
• Train and supervise the kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in all areas of operation
• Establish systems that ensure high quality standards for food production
• Monitor customer feedback on meals served as well as service quality

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Head or Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
• Working knowledge of food safety regulations including HACCP standards
• Proven record in cost control management (budgeting, forecasting)
