Job description

We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the kitchen and restaurant. This position offers a salary of 1200 and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of professional experience as an Executive Chef or similar role. In addition, you should have an excellent understanding of food safety regulations, a strong ability to manage staff and resources, great leadership skills, and a passion for cooking.

Responsibilities:

Your main duties include overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and restaurant, creating menu plans, managing staff, ensuring high quality dishes are served on time, controlling food costs, adhering to health and safety regulations, developing relationships with vendors and suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, hiring new staff when needed, training new employees, keeping track of financial documents related to the kitchen’s operations.

Qualifications:

A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required. You should also have a high level of cooking knowledge and experience in preparing different types of cuisine. Additionally you must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
