We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional cuisine and possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar role, preferably with experience in the Middle Eastern culinary scene.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. They will also be responsible for creating menus that reflect the restaurant's style and cuisine, as well as managing budgets and ordering supplies. Additionally, they will need to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

The successful candidate must possess an excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP procedures, as well as being able to use modern kitchen equipment with precision. They must also be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. A valid visa/work permit is essential for this role.
